2025AHCL Donation Awards
The AHCL donates thousands of dollars annually to non-profit organizations that provide worthwhile services in our community. The funds donated are raised by several sources:
- AHCLDA Annual Children Helping Children Dance Recital is the Dance students' opportunity to raise money for organizations that benefit children.
- Abingtonians Support All Protectors (ASAP) events acknowledge and support local first responders – fire, police and rescue organizations.
- AHCL fundraising events throughout the year raise money, as well as collections of food, clothing and other in-kind supplies.

- For children and teen programs and SummerQuest incentives to reward and motivate them to participate.

*Engrave brick paver for Library's 60th anniversary celebration.
Blue Star Mothers
- provide care packages to our military personel stateside and around the world. .
Camp Create
- Summer camp art supplies, workshop supplies, and additional supplies for special needs children.
Dolly Parton Imagination Library (United Way)
- Through the affiliation with the United Way, we are able to provide free books once per month to children ages 0-5 in our county.
Equines for Freedom
- Treat veterans and first responders for PTSD at no cost to client
Indraloka Animal Sanctuary
- Indraloka summer camps provide an opportunity for students to develop friendships with their peers and the rescued farm animals in Indralokas' care.

Providence Pregnancy Center
- help stock baby boutique for mothers in need
Shirley Wagner Eagen Scholarship
- art scholarship for annual art show for high school students
Super Summer Slam Camp
- bring wildlife presentations to 110 youths ages 5-14. The camp is in Scott Twp and offered to families free for a week of quality programs.
Womens Resource Center
- emergency housing for those in immediate danger
